Really wanted to run, but my foot still hurt. God news: it doesn't hurt to walk anymore! Yay! Biked. I was 5 minutes into my warmup, when I had to go figure out something with my AP test and region being the same day. Walked around a ton, then went up to the track to talk to my coaches. Then went back to the school. I did jog with another girl in the same dilemma about an 8th of a mile, but I won't count it. It hurt. Finally got back on the bike, and school was out. Warmed up 5 more minutes. Simulated the workout: 2 sets of 200 @ r, 600 @ tempo, 300 @ f. The times I was supposed to hit were 40, 2:20ish, 60 (or less) continuous. I figured out how to change the resistance on the bikes. Just hit the amount of time with the same level of effort (kinda). The first set was really good. Full recovery for 5 minutes which may have been long. Second set was good, too. At the end of the second set, my all out was whatever I had, and I went hard. I checked my pulse right after because it was fast. It was around a 180, meanig I must've been going hard. Cooled down for 10 more minutes. |
